Upholstery must be clean, unsoiled and free of all scents. We reserve the right to decline merchandise and reserve the right to markdown your merchandise an additional 10% at our discretion.

Merchandise not in sellable condition and left on premises will be charged a $25. "Clean Up" fee.

How do I consign?

Bring a photo or digital picture of your furniture piece. You may also want to bring a cushion or draw from the piece. A time will be scheduled for you to bring in your merchandise or have it delivered.

Independent contractors are available to pick up and deliver your consigned item. Delivery is also available for merchandise purchased.

What are the terms?

Consigners agree to leave their merchandise for a 95 day period. Consigners receive 50% of an item sold with no fees. A 10% markdown occurs at the 30 day period and at 60 days an additional 10% markdown is taken.    If you pick up your merchandise before the 95 day period ends you will be charged 25% of the original selling price. If your merchandise is not sold after your 95 day selling period ends you must arrange for pickup of your merchandise, or the merchandise will become the property of Elite Repeat.

No telephone or written contract will be made.

Who sets the price?

Pricing of your merchandise is established with you, the consigner, given the information provided. Fair market value will then be established.
